SeenLayers LLP ("SeenLayers," "we," "our," or "us") operates
SeenLayers.com and its connected products, including XCLIENT CRM, our
ERP solutions, the RGC (Revenue Growth & Client Retention) engine, and
any current or future products accessible through a unified SeenLayers
ID (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you visit our
website or use our Services.
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you
agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the
Services.
1\. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information
generated through your use of the Services, and information collected
automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account and business information you submit when you register for
SeenLayers ID, XCLIENT CRM, our ERP modules, or RGC --- including your
name, company name, business email, phone number, billing address, and
login credentials.
- Customer, lead, and contact data that you or your team upload, sync,
or generate while using XCLIENT CRM, ERP, or RGC, including names,
contact details, pipeline notes, transaction records, and
communication history relating to your own customers.
- Payment and billing information processed for subscription purchases
(yearly and 3-month plans), handled through our payment partners.
- Support communications, including messages, emails, or call notes when
you contact our team.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, login times, device
type, browser, IP address, and approximate location.
- Cookies and tracking technologies, including analytics and advertising
cookies, as described in Section 3 below.
1.3 Information Generated by Our AI Systems
As you use XCLIENT CRM, ERP, and RGC, our systems generate derived data
such as lead scores, churn predictions, retention insights, and
automation recommendations. This derived data is treated with the same
protections as the underlying customer data described in this policy.
2\. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect strictly to operate, secure, and
improve the Services. Specifically, we use your information to:
1. Provide, operate, and maintain XCLIENT CRM, ERP solutions, RGC, and
your unified SeenLayers ID account across our product ecosystem.
2. Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing-related
communications.
3. Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
4. Train and improve our own AI models that power features such as lead
scoring, churn prediction, and automation --- using data strictly
for the purpose of improving SeenLayers products for our customers.
5. Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security
incidents.
6. Send product updates, service notices, and --- where you have not
opted out --- marketing communications about SeenLayers products.
7. Comply with applicable Indian law and respond to lawful requests
from government or regulatory authorities.
*We do not use your data to train AI models for any party other than
SeenLayers, and we do not allow third parties to access raw customer
data for their own AI training.*
3\. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website and Services use cookies and similar tracking technologies
to operate properly, understand how visitors use our site, and (where
applicable) measure advertising performance. We use the following
categories of cookies:
- Essential Cookies:

shown to you is run directly by SeenLayers; we do not grant third-party
advertisers direct access to your data.
5\. Data Used for AI Training
Data processed through XCLIENT CRM, ERP, and RGC may be used, in
aggregated or de-identified form wherever feasible, to train and improve
SeenLayers' own AI models --- for example, to improve lead scoring
accuracy, churn prediction, or automation suggestions. This training is
conducted solely to improve SeenLayers products for our customers. We do
not provide this data to third-party AI providers for their independent
model training, and we do not use it to build profiles for sale to
advertisers.
If you do not want your account's data used to improve our AI features,
you may contact us at the details in Section 10 to discuss available
options.
6\. Data Storage & Security
- All customer data is stored on servers located in India.
- We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted data
transmission, encrypted storage where applicable, role-based access
controls, and audit trails to protect your information.
- Access to customer data within SeenLayers is restricted to personnel
who need it to perform their role.
- While we work to protect your data, no method of transmission or
storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7\. Data Retention
We retain account and customer data for as long as your account remains
active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal,
accounting, or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our
agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described
in Section 9, subject to any legal retention requirements under Indian
law.
8\. Refund Policy
This section forms part of our Privacy Policy and applies to all
subscription plans (3-month and yearly):
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original
purchase or renewal date.
- No refunds will be issued after 48 hours from the date of payment,
under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction,
non-usage, change of mind, or business closure.
- Refund eligibility within the 48-hour window is subject to review and
approval by SeenLayers.
- This policy applies equally to both the 3-month and yearly
subscription plans.
*This is a strict, non-negotiable cutoff. We recommend using any trial
or demo access available before committing to a paid plan.*
9\. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal
retention requirements.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe
link or by contacting us.
- Restrict or object to certain uses of your data, including for AI
training, by contacting us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section
10. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with
applicable Indian law.
10\. Children\'s Privacy
Our Services are intended for business use by individuals who are at
least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data
from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
11\. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes
in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other
operational reasons. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
of this policy when changes are made. Continued use of the Services
after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
